What's Our Goal?
To provide an Election Process that is clear, up to date and functional for our membership as they choose executives and delegates.
To streamline an electronic pathway which gives the membership more control of when, where and how they vote. Making us no longer dependent on our employer! To ensure the delivery is done in a respectful and consistent basis for all communications. |

What Have We Done So Far?
- Provided the LAST election with paper printed ballots
- Continued the pursuit for an electronic election process - Gathered all the statistics of such a process - Gained final access to run an election via company computer - Dramatically cut the cost to our membership |
What Are Our Future Plans?
- Looking into meeting outside of election process to clarify and suggest changes to the bylaws and our constitution where issues of inequality were recognized.
- Create a streamline process for the next generation Election Committee. - Search for and gather election information to better support our membership. |
